Return/Refund Policy

-Tack/small leather goods come with a 14-day money back guarantee. In the unlikely event that you do not love your new product, just let us know and send it back. You must let us know that you are sending it back before sending it. There is no restocking fee on tack, but it must come back within 14 days in NEW condition. Any shipping costs or Credit Card/transaction fees will be deducted from the refund.

-All sales are final on clearance and sale items and therefore cannot be returned or exchanged.

-If there is an issue with your tack and want a modification, please notify us within 14 days of purchase.

-Saddles come with a 7-day grace period once the saddle is received to make sure the saddle will work. New Saddles – If the new saddle does not fit, it may be returned and exchanged for something of equal value or upgraded plus cash difference; or the saddle can be refunded minus shipping cost and 5% restocking fee. The new saddle MUST be returned in new condition. If the new saddle has been ridden or has visible wear and cannot be sold as new, there will be a 20% restocking fee. Any Credit Card/transaction fees will be deducted from the refund. Used Saddles – If the used saddle does not fit, it may be returned and exchanged for something of equal value or upgraded plus cash difference; or the saddle can be refunded minus shipping cost and 10% restocking fee. Any Credit Card/transaction fees will be deducted from the refund. For exchanges, there is no restocking fee.

-ALL custom order deposits are non-refundable and not transferrable as a credit. Custom orders are final and not returnable. However, if your order is not built to spec, the issue will be resolved. Saddles are handmade with natural variation; some changes will occur.

-Delivery dates on custom orders are estimated and not guaranteed.

-Items damaged, delayed, or lost in the mail will not be refunded until claim is settled with UPS or USPS.

-Please inquire within for return shipping address.

-Please properly package all returns via FEDEX or UPS only. We are not responsible for any damages before the item is returned to us.

-Please allow 7-14 days to process any returns and refunds.

 

Saddle Tree Warranty

New TM Saddles come with a limited 5-year warranty that covers all aspects of the tree.
-Tree warranty is only good for original purchaser of saddle.
-Tree warranty covers normal wear and use. Horses flipping over, excessive roping, dropping saddles and other accidents are not normal use.
-Tree warranty only covers the tree. Labor for taking apart and rebuilding the saddle is not included in the tree warranty.
-Tree warranty is not transferable.
-Saddles are exposed to normal wear and tear. Warranty does not cover any leather beyond the riggings. All rigging parts have a 5-year warranty.

 

Shipping

-All small items will have a flat shipping rate of $15. This excludes large orders, saddle blankets, and saddles.

-Large orders, blankets and saddles are subject up to $100 in shipping costs.

-All orders are shipped via UPS or USPS
